- 10 crunches with legs in air
- 10 reverse crunches
- 10 knee to chest
- 20 cycles
- 30 sit ups with medicine ball/weights
- 30 normal sit ups
- 1 minute wall sit
- 30 second break
- 1 minute wall sit
kills your abs!
