YOU’RE A BADASS! giveaway!!

Basically, I’m doing this giveaway to encourage all you awesome, badass girls and women out there to get into lifting. Lifting weights has been one of the most prominent factors in my recovery from an eating disorder. It has shown me all of the awesome things my body is capable of, and it has allowed me to see my body as a tool that I should fortify and strengthen rather than belittle and hurt.

So, here’s the deal. If you reblog this or whatever, at least give it a shot. Try out the first week of Jamie Eason’s LiveFit trainer or get your dad to teach you some bicep exercises. Just try it, and see how it makes you feel to push your body in a way that builds up your strength and inner confidence rather than slaving away on the elliptical or what not. You don’t have to be an eating disorder recovery blog or a weightlifting blog or anything like that, and you don’t have to follow me to win. Good luck!!!
